Marvin has been involved with Town Home Sales at THE TOWN HOMES AT HUNTING RIDGE, PARSIPPANY since 1997. He was the Project Manager and directed all New Home Sales on the site.
As a Hunting Ridge Resident since 1999, and a RE/MAX Associate Marvin has participated in over 70% of all HUNTING RIDGE sales.
As a Sales and Marketing Consultant Marvin's extensive experience in conflict resolution and contract negotiation has helped hundreds of home owner's suscessfully market their homes even in the most difficult market conditions.
